As a nonprofit organization, we are dedicated to providing reliable transportation options to those in need, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to have the basic necessities and receive the care they require. We are a catalyst for promoting health and equity. Sadly, every year, an estimated 3.6 million Americans miss their medical appointments because of unreliable transportation. Through the 2 Miles Empathy Project, we recognize that the path to health may not be easy, but we know the road to care can be.

At our core, we aim to tackle transportation as a significant obstacle that prevents individuals with low income from accessing healthcare and social determinants of health-related services. We particularly focus on aiding under-insured, uninsured, foreign-born immigrants, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence. Our objective is to bridge the transportation gap and ensure that all individuals have equitable access to healthcare services and services that impact their well-being.

Our Impact
777 Miles Traveled

Our mission is to address transportation as a barrier to accessing health care or services related to social determinants of health for people living on low incomes, especially for people who are under-insured, uninsured, foreign-born immigrants, refugees, and/or survivors of domestic violence. And also connecting and providing dignity that is well deserved for the homeless population.
